The new kid on the block, offering a Saturday alternative and something a little less predictable. Self-described as “not entirely sensible”, it feels like the fun younger sibling of brunches. Set on Coconut Island, with a complimentary short boat ride, it already feels like an escape. This is a more playful, adults-only brunch, with DJs, drinks and super high social energy.

Imagine a tropical party vibe, shots doing the rounds, DJs playing from the get-go and people splashing in and out of the pool. This doesn’t take away from the food, though, with Mediterranean sharing boards, freshly shucked oysters served tableside, à la carte mains, and desserts brought out with an extra helping of theatrics.

They cleverly host a separate kids’ brunch, keeping the little ones busy with beach and nature-based activities. If you are looking for something new and refreshing, then this brunch is made for you.

2. LUME | Royal Phuket Marina

LUME takes a different approach to brunch, which is exactly why I felt it deserves a spot on this list. Instead of a traditional buffet, it is built around breakfast-style sets, with the option to add free-flow drinks, to give it that familiar brunch feeling. Set within Royal Phuket Marina, it is definitely low-key compared to the beach clubs, which is part of the appeal. This is where I head to when I fancy something a little more relaxed.

As one of the newer 2026 additions, it was not designed as a big, all-out brunch experience, but that is the point. It has a pared-back offering with sweet and savoury sets that feel closer to how brunch was traditionally intended to be enjoyed. Think croissants and pancakes, seafood and cheeses, or warm dishes with eggs and bacon, depending on your mood. If you are looking for something slower and less formulaic, this perfectly fills a gap in Phuket’s brunch scene.

3. VERO | Pullman Phuket Arcadia Naithon Beach

The legendary VERO brunch was a highly anticipated relaunch in April 2026 and is always the talk of the island. It is not scheduled every weekend, which only adds to the appeal, so a bit of forward planning is needed. I had this in my diary early, as dates are limited to every few months and sell out quickly.

This is when I get to dust off my heels and dress up for the occasion. The themed element, think ‘pink’ or ‘gold’, is taken rather seriously and one where we usually get into the spirit of it as a group. Have I mentioned this is one of the only brunches offering free-flow Champagne? This is the game changer, together with a menu that goes beyond the standard buffet, with live stations and Italian signatures served to the table. Lively, without quite tipping into chaos, this is one to check if your Phuket dates coincide, but remember to book early.

4. Catch Beach Club | Bangtao Beach

Catch Beach Club remains one of the island’s most iconic oceanfront brunches, and for good reason. It still delivers one of the widest and highest-quality food selections available, with an enormous mix of buffet, live stations and made-to-order dishes. Menus change weekly, so it never really gets old, despite its OG status. Insider tip: save space for dessert, with an entire room dedicated to more than any sweet tooth could desire.

I come here for the social atmosphere and view, with the setting right on Bangtao Beach doing a lot of the work. While it allows children, and my 11-year-old loves to head straight for the impressive sushi station, it is best for adults enjoying a group brunch before moving on to the afternoon, with oversized beach club loungers and DJ sunset sessions at the main bar. If indulgence is what you are after, this Phuket brunch sets the benchmark.

5. Kipo Steakhouse | Kata Noi

Perched high above Kata Noi within Fira Phuket, this is one I always end up posting on Instagram. Perfect for a group of friends when the view matters just as much as the food. This is a seasonal brunch that sits firmly on the see-and-be-seen side of Phuket’s brunch scene, so choose your outfit carefully for the photos that will inevitably follow.

Brunch here runs on select Sundays and is focused around a Mediterranean-led menu, with Spanish influences, fire-led cooking and live grill stations, including a giant paella (which is my personal highlight). There is also the option to add on free-flow sangria, which helps get you in the spirit of things. This is one for a social afternoon, with a dressed-up crowd and a setting that makes it easy to move between the design-led restaurant, pool and sky bar, depending on your mood.
