Eat (and drink) like kings and queens

Perched on the 20th floor of the hotel, Roberto’s offers a new Italian fine dining experience in the capital. Already a much-loved fixture on the Dubai dining scene, the restaurant is set to become an exciting new hotspot for visitors and residents alike.

For a more relaxed vibe, guests will want to head to Ambros, the lobby dining destination serving reimagined classics with unique seasonal produce. Other F&B destinations include Iris, a tea lounge and pâtisserie; Sarab Garden, featuring upscale regional cuisine and shisha lounge; and The Founders Room for whiskey and cigars. We’re particularly excited for Soleil, expected to open later in the summer with a focus on vegetarian dishes and healthful living.

Wellness refined

The Ritz-Carlton, Amman is home to a full-service spa and wellness centre. Offering ESPA products, guests can enjoy the indoor and outdoor temperature-controlled pools, six treatment rooms, a relaxation lounge, and the largest Jacuzzi in town.
